Allround Shoring Frame TG 60

Allround Shoring Frames TG 60 have been developed on the basis of the Allround scaffolding system.

By adding just three extra components, you can build taller, more stable shoring structures even faster.

Allround Shoring Frames TG 60 are made from high-strength scaffold tubes and reinforced with two braces. Each standard can carry a load of up to six tonnes.

The welded ledgers have specially shaped ends, providing seven connection points on the Allround rosette.

Shoring Frames TG 60 replace standards, ledgers and diagonal braces, making assembly and dismantling up to 30% faster with fewer components.

Safety

Greater safety during assembly and dismantling. When the towers are assembled upright, O-type steel decks are installed first. The frames, ledgers and diagonal braces for the next section of the tower are then added.

Flexibility

Using different Allround ledgers and diagonal braces, the shoring tower can be flexibly adapted to the geometry and load requirements of each project.

Strength

TG 60 shoring towers are linked together and braced with Allround ledgers and diagonals in the system’s standard dimensions, creating extensive birdcage scaffold structures. The result is exceptionally strong.

The Allround Shoring Tower TG 60 can be flexibly adapted to standard formwork support dimensions and to the load requirements of each project. All you need to do is select the right Allround ledgers and diagonal braces in the corresponding lengths. The core components, the Allround Shoring Frames TG 60, stay the same.

The system’s flexibility lets you make even better use of its high load-bearing capacity, saving material, time and cost.

Towers can be moved quickly and efficiently on easy-to-fit castors, with no need to dismantle and re-erect them. This even makes it possible to move entire groups of towers in a single operation.

Safer assembly using a crane

The TG 60 shoring tower can be assembled horizontally on the ground and then lifted into position by crane, or erected directly in the vertical position.

Assembly can take place directly at the point of use, or the tower can be moved into position on easy-to-fit castors.

The individual shoring frames are secured to each other with hinged pins to ensure tensile forces are transferred.
